Both organisations participated in a search early Friday morning on Main Road 80, north west of Leeton.
Shortly before 11.30am, the group, was moved back into town to start a new search at Leeton High School.
Volunteers and police have been methodically working their way through the school grounds and buildings ever since.
Police will provide an update should the group find anything that assists the investigation and search.
