The regional rail operator had 91.4 per cent of its passenger services on the south-west route arrive within 10 minutes 59 seconds of schedule — just under the target of 92 per cent.
For most of the preceding 16 months punctuality varied between 80 and 90 per cent.
Reliability of services operating and reaching their destination came in at 98.8 per cent last month, which is slightly above the target of 96 per cent reliability.
Most services in the past 12 months achieved reliability target.
Passengers are offered compensation when targets are not met.
