WARRNAMBOOL fire fighters called to a Walsh Road building to assist with a chemical clean-up on Friday afternoon.

Country Fire Authority region five operations officer Paul Marshall said the clean-up had largely been completed before the Warrnambool brigade was notified.
He said the brigade was called in largely as a precautionary measure due to the toxicity of cleaning products involved.
"It became evident that it needed to be dealt with," he said.
