Police and ambulance crews were called to the corner of Raglan Parade and Banyan street about 11am after receiving reports of a pedestrian accident.
The woman was conscious, breathing and off the road when they arrived.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said she was treated at the scene before being taken to the Warrnambool Base Hospital.
It is understood her injuries were non-life threatening.
