The 70-hectare Motang property in three titles off Hopkins Point Road was offered for sale by expressions of interest, which closed on Friday.
Agent Brian Hancock of Brian O’Halloran and Co said there were many inquiries. “We are dealing with interested parties to secure a sale,” Mr Hancock told The Standard.
“It will be a long task.”
The property has capacity to be carved into 300 housing lots, many with views over the Hopkins River and Southern Ocean.
