The Bloods will field an under 16 football side and 16 and under netball outfit in 2015.
Koroit is another club which has recommitted to a 16 and under netball team.
Terang Mortlake president Robert Arundell said the Bloods were still searching for players for both outfits, particularly their football side.
But he was excited about making a return to Hampden league junior action.
A lack of players forced the Bloods to withdraw from both grades in 2014.
Arundell said the club was searching for footballers to add to its under 16 list.
He is hopeful Terang Mortlake will add at least another six players before the junior season starts on April 19.
But he said securing players on permit to fill holes might come into play.
“We are a bit similar to Camperdown and a few others in that we’re not going to have 25 but we’ll definitely field a side,” Arundell said.
“At this stage we have 15.
“I think the girls will be OK. They have six to seven.”
Arundell said Terang Mortlake always envisaged its two junior outfits returning after one season. But he admitted it would be a tough challenge, saying most outlying Hampden clubs struggled to fill at least one football or netball junior grade each season.
Junior teams — under 16s, under 14s and under 12s — will have byes when their senior teams are drawn to play Hamilton Kangaroos, which does not field sides in the Hampden Sunday competition.
And when a club is drawn to play Portland — which also doesn’t compete in the Sunday grades — in the senior competition, its juniors will play Hawks.
Junior sides will play on Saturdays if their senior sides have Sunday fixtures.
This scheduling move influences the South Warrnambool-Warrnambool and North Warrnambool Eagles-Port Fairy fixtures in round two, the North Warrnambool Eagles-Koroit games in round three and the Warrnambool-South Warrnambool rematches in round 11.
Grounds will not be used on consecutive days, which the league has worked into the draw since it expanded to 10 senior sides in 2013.
Terang Mortlake is yet to determine which junior fixtures it will play at D. C. Farran Oval in Mortlake.
