An initiative of the F Project, Save the Silver Ball Committee and F Project Cinema, the party in the iconic Raglan Parade grounds will include 21 market stalls featuring locally-made arts, crafts, film and music.
Another drawcard is the staging of Arts on the Grass, featuring Glenn Morgan, Alex Reis, Judy Rauert, Bronwyn Arnold, Natalie Ryan and Merran Koren.
Publicity officer Caroline Healey said the garden party celebrated the work of south-west artists.
“The 21 market stalls are all F Project members and great local artists,” she said.
“They are producing work with their hands, not from China. It’s an opportunity for artists to get out there and sell their work.”
Ms Healey said the popularity of the groups’ inaugural spring market was overwhelming.
“Last time we had over 1000 people,” she said.
“We couldn’t believe it.”
She said the gardens were looking better than ever, while food, desserts and drinks would be provided by Piccolo, Melting Pot Curries, Bambino Pizza, Flossies Fairy Floss and Coffee Treat.
While there will be plenty of fun for the adults, children will also be catered for, with hat making and a treasure hunt.
Factory Arts will also have an exhibition open for the public and Art4 will produce a hanging art installation.
Ms Healey said South West Credit paid for the music, which includes The Resonators, Red Tent Singers, Tank Dilemma, God Said, Tin Shed Singers and CillAirne.
The party starts at 11am.
