Emergency services are working to rescue a woman who lay injured at the bottom of a cliff in central Victoria for 12 hours after falling 70 metres.

Police and emergency services were called to Ennis Road in Tallarook just before 9pm after reports a woman was stuck at the bottom of a cliff.
A couple heard weak cries for help coming from the bottom of the cliff and called triple zero.
Police believe the woman slipped and fell while admiring the view at about 9am on Monday.
The woman, believed to be aged in her 30s, is conscious and talking to her rescuers. Her injuries are unknown.
CFA, Ambulance Victoria, MFB and SES personnel are also on scene.
Another rescue is underway on Victoria's south-west coast as emergency services work to save three people trapped at the bottom of a cliff.
Police, SES, and the CFA were called to Point Danger Coastal Reserve in Portland about 9.15pm after reports three people became trapped by a fast-rising tide while walking along the beach.
Just before 10.30pm Portland SES unit controller Charles Debono said crews had located the missing people, believed to be teenagers, and were considering a high angle rescue.
"We've located the kids, there's three of them. We're about to head off to where they are at the moment," he said.
The group is believed to have called emergency services when they became trapped by the rising tide. No injuries have been reported.
