Two blocks on offer at Hexham were sold on Saturday.
Mr Rickard said an eight-hectare (20-acre) parcel in Roger Street sold for $15,000 at auction while a 38-hectare (90-acre) block on Wordley’s Lane was passed in at auction for $125,000 but sold to a local buyer immediately afterwards.
Another large rural holding at Macarthur also sold after an expression of interest marketing campaign this month.
