The Victorian Electoral Commission held the computerised draw at its Warrnambool office this afternoon with Greens candidate Thomas Campbell getting top spot.
A new independent candidate Linda K Smith has also nominated. Here is the draw:

- Steve Moore (Country Alliance)
- Linda Smith (independent)
- Roy Reekie (Labor)
- Denis Napthine (Liberal)
Meanwhile, Transport Minister Terry Mulder gained top spot for the Liberal Party in Polwarth with Horsham youth worker Nkandu Beltz was number one on the Lowan ballot for the Greens,
