Elizabeth Cornwall, previously of New South Wales, failed to appear in the Warrnambool Magistrates Court after she required unexpected surgery.
Magistrate John Lesser yesterday remanded Ms Cornwall in custody until November 21 when the committal hearing is expected to go ahead.
Ms Cornwall has been charged with 33 offences including negligently causing serious injury, intentionally causing serious injury, three counts of failing to stop when directed by police and eight charges of reckless conduct endangering serious injury.
It is alleged that at Springvale on April 20, Ms Cornwall rammed another vehicle in a shopping complex car park and attempted to run over a woman and child.
The incidents in the south-west allegedly started the following day at Bookaar when Ms Cornwall rammed a vehicle just after noon.
Less than two hours later, a police pursuit began in Camperdown where the woman allegedly rammed a police car.
She was seen driving around Colac before allegedly driving past an elderly woman pedestrian, doing a U-turn, mounting a kerb and running down the woman.
The victim suffered a significant laceration to a leg.
Police air wing and officers in police vehicles then followed the woman to Geelong where she eventually ran over stop sticks and was arrested.
