The accident happened near the intersection of the Dartmoor-Hamilton Road and McLean Street on the western edge of Digby.
The truck lost its load of blue gum logs which were strewn over the road, which was closed until just before 2pm.

VicRoads organised heavy haulage to be brought in.
The Glenelg Highway and Henty Highway were used as alternate routes, with heavy vehicles already in the area using the Portland-Casteron Road.
