The moves are part of the national retuning aiming to free up broadcasting spectrum for new services, including mobile broadband.
There may be some disruption to all TV services for several hours for viewers in Portland and Heywood due to the work at the transmission site.
Once the channels have moved after 3.30pm, viewers will need to retune their digital TV, set-top box or digital TV recorder to get them back.
Retuning is done using the remote and on most systems can be done by pressing the remote's ‘menu’ button and finding ‘channels’ or ‘auto-tuning’ under the TV settings.
Viewers in Casterton, Cobden, Terang and Timboon retuned earlier this month.
For viewers in Apollo Bay and Lorne, viewers will need to retune their TV on 30 September after 3.30pm.
