She polled 41 votes to finish 18 clear of Port Fairy’s Stacey Dwyer and Camperdown’s Jocelyn Fitzgerald, who tied for second with 23 votes.
Domburg, who wasn’t at the count, claimed nine best-on-court honours.
Portland’s Lauren Hockley accepted Domburg’s award on her behalf.
She credited a stronger focus on training for Domburg’s convincing win.
“Jenna started her netball career through the juniors and has been there 10 years and plays with her sister in A2,” she said. “She’s had a very successful season at goal attack.”
