The Demons start hot favourites to defeat Wickliffe-Lake Bolac in the decider at Glenthompson, 12 months after losing the same match against Penshurst.
They finished on top with 12 wins and a draw and booked the first grand final berth by beating Woorndoo-Mortlake in the second semi-final.
Wickliffe-Lake Bolac lost its first four matches but sneaked into fifth spot thanks to eight wins from the last nine rounds.
The Magpies then survived three cut-throat finals. Their past two, against Glenthompson-Dunkeld and Woorndoo-Mortlake, have been one-goal thrillers.
The grand finalists have met once this season, with the Demons triumphing 45-14 in round three.
Meanwhile, minor premier Moyston-Willaura and powerhouse Tatyoon square off in what shapes as an emotionally-charged senior football grand final.
The Pumas, reeling from the death of club stalwart and MDFL president Ruth Brain this week, are seeking redemption after losing the 2013 decider.
They finished as the minor premiers but lost to the Hawks by 29 points in the second semi-final a fortnight ago before bouncing back in the preliminary final.
Elsewhere, Dartmoor starts favourite to defeat Heywood in the South West District league senior football decider at Portland’s Hanlon Park.
