Portland police were called at 10.45pm on Monday night about an ongoing dispute involving partners in Wade Street.
When police arrived they arrested a woman for drunkenness and causing criminal damage.
It is alleged she smashed three windows.
The woman was taken back to the Portland police station where she was charged and bailed to appear in the Portland Magistrates Court on October 14.
