A prime mover and trailer rolled near Mumbannar on the Princes Highway west of Portland at 6.45am.
One lane is blocked, the truck and trailer are damaged but the driver is not injured.
VicRoads officers will arrive at the scene soon with signage, heavy haulage is on the way and traffic is expected to be influenced for some time.
Another truck ran off the road at Tabor on the Hamilton Highway between Hamilton and Penshurst this morning at 5.45am.
The truck went through a farm fence and received significant damage. The driver suffered non life-threatening injuries and was able to get out of the cabin.
The Casterton-Penola Road is also closed due to fog and smoke haze after a burn off yesterday.
