A motorcyclist died in a head-on collision at a small rural town south-west of Melbourne on Saturday.

Police say the rider veered onto the wrong side of the road and collided with an oncoming car about 4.30pm at Mount Burnett.
Investigators say the motorcyclist, a 29-year-old Pakenham man, had been travelling east in Pakenham Road.
He died at the scene.
The male driver and his female passenger were uninjured.
The man's death brings the state's road toll to 163, compared with 148 this time last year.
