WARRNAMBOOL Cheese and Butter chief executive David Lord has resigned with a successor expected to replace him by early next year.

Mr Lord advised the company he would step down from the position as of April 2015 and would continue to lead the Allansford-based processor until a successor is chosen.
The news was announced to the Australian Stock Exchange this morning.
