Panmure bounce back, Dogs secure top three spot | WDFNL wrap, photos

PANMURE are back on the winners list after a 22 point victory over Old Collegians at the Panmure Recreation Reserve on Saturday.

The Bulldogs lost their first game of the season last week but in a hard fought encounter they were able to get over the top of the Warriors after trailing by three points going into the last quarter. 

Dennington have secured their place in the top three with a 39 point win over Merrivale.

The result means the Dogs and the Tigers will meet in the qualifying final in a fortnight.

East Warrnambool recorded their fourth win of the season when they defeated the Timboon Demons by 14 points.

Allansford were 106 point winners over Russells Creek, Kolora Noorat defeated Deakin University by 83 points and Nirranda defeated South Rovers by 52 points.
