Twenty free or low-cost workshops, seminars and networking events will be held during the month-long Warrnambool Small Business Festival.
The festival, now in its third year, covers the city as well as the Moyne and Corangamite shires.
It will be launched next Wednesday, August 6, at a special Club Wednesday function.
Warrnambool City Council’s economic development and grants officer Annabel Cussen said the goal was to build business knowledge, skills and opportunities.
“We’re excited to have so many national experts and local industry leaders presenting at this year’s festival,” Ms Cussen said.
Topics that will be covered include marketing, online sales, legislation updates and business planning.
For topics that do not have a dedicated workshop, businesses can seek advice from the one-on-one business mentors, the Victorian government’s small business mentoring bus or at any of networking events.
