A large block with a 140-square-metre shed at 13 Strong Street, Warrnambool was passed in on a vendor’s bid and a price is now being negotiated with the owners to go on the market.
Two titles on acreage at 132 St Mary’s Road, Wangoom, sold for an undisclosed price, as did 72 Cameron Street, Terang, and 11 Garden Street, Warrnambool. Number 63 Spring Creek Road, Koroit, sold under the hammer for $467,500.
A large family home at 44 Cherlin Drive, Warrnambool, was passed in on a vendor’s bid and is now listed on the market at $395,000, while 112 Skene Street, Warrnambool, was passed in at $225,000.
A classic brick home at 6 Clonmel Court, Warrnambool, was passed in on a live bid of $310,000 and negotiations are continuing.
