COLD and wet weather yesterday backed the argument that winter tennis is best played indoors.

Geelong’s Adam Lasky, the men’s number one seed, was among those in action at Warrnambool Indoor Tennis Centre in the Australian Money Tournament. The open event continues today and tomorrow.

Junior Warrnambool winter championships also start today and finish on Thursday.
