ALLANSFORD'S Nick Johnstone and Kolora-Noorat's Corey Rounds are celebrating wins in the Warrnambool and District Football Netball League best and fairest after the first tie in 18 years.
The midfielders polled 31 votes each to claim the top prize, with the outcome unknown in the balance until the final vote at Warrnambool's City Memorial Bowls Club.
It capped a dramatic evening where several awards were decided in the final round.
The A grade netball award was won by Dennington defender Sarah Higgins in a thrilling count, edging out Merrivale mid-courter Elisha Carter in the final round.
