Morning news

There's a lot happening in Warrnambool's CBD, with retailers calling for unity to discuss the proposed marketing levy, and a Liebig Street renewal proposal open for feedback. The design team behind the concept plans believes the CBD is bounding with potential.

Derrinallum bomb blast man Glenn Sanders was farewelled yesterday at the local cemetery, remembered by the community for the man he was before the incident.

The young boy injured at a Jancourt East dairy farm on Monday is recovering well at the Royal Children's Hospital.
