Six out of eight properties were sold under the hammer and director Jess Densley was rapt with the success.
Kicking off the auction, a three-bedroom home at 57 Lava Street sold for $422,500.
Next a two-hectare property at 85 Korongah Road, Rosebrook, sold for $377,050 followed by a double-storey home at 851 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool, for $290,000.
A modern family home at 23 Horne Street, Koroit, sold for $455,000. Fierce bidding for a block of four units at 9 Timor Street, Warrnambool quickly pushed up bidding from $520,000 to sell for $609,000.
Number 312 Hopkins Highway, Bushfield, was passed in while a 5.6ha block at lot 1 Hopkins Highway, Grassmere, sold for $245,000.
A Laang Road, Garvoc, property was passed in while a George Avenue, Warrnambool, property sold prior to auction.
Mr Densley said there was a large turnout of about 150 people.
“It’s a good time for sellers,” he said.
