The centre is on the brink of closure with only $250,000 set aside by the state government, providing that Canberra contributes also $750,000.
Western District Health Service (WDHS) has maintained it will need up to $1 million to maintain the centre.
In a statement this week, Mr Ramsay called on Canberra to fund the service.
“The centre works specifically to improve the quality of life for Australia’s farming community, in response to a disturbing trend of poor physical and mental health in that demographic of the community,” Mr Ramsay said.
“I now call on the Abbott government to provide a similar commitment.”
Funding for the centre will all but dry up after June, with only several studies running until early next year.
