ALLEGATIONS by the Victorian Opposition Leader Daniel Andrews that Premier Denis Napthine was involved in a conflict of interest over a $1.5 million state government grant and land sale to the Midfield Group have been handed to the Victorian Independent Broad-Based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC).
