Stolen utility turns up torched at Killarney Beach

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a car was stolen and burnt out at Killarney on Sunday. 

The Nissan Navara blue dual-cab ute was stolen from a driveway in Baynes Street, Dennington between 2am and 10.30am. 

Police found the vehicle smouldering at the basin area near Killarney Beach.

“We are hoping if anyone saw the vehicle between these times or saw anything suspicious in the Killarney Beach area that they contact police,” First Constable Natalie Jorgensen said.
