The Leapin’ Lizards Preschool Program will be run by Colac Area Health and Corangamite Shire.
Program co-ordinator Julie Yates said each session would be fast-moving so children did not become bored.
“There will be lots of jumping, balancing, falling and rolling activities as well as music and song,” Ms Yates said.
“We focus on learning to take turns and play safely with other children.”
Ms Yates said sessions would also involve parents and carers.
“We practice strategies to handle behaviour at home and there’s a cuppa for parents at the end, so it’s also a good chance to talk to other parents.”
Siblings are also welcome to attend.
The program will run at the old stadium in the Theatre Royal complex every Wednesday from 12.30-1.30pm.
