Coach Nick O'Sullivan and his selectors announced a 40-member training squad a short time ago, headed by last year's vice-captain Isaac Templeton, to take on Ovens and Murray in Wangaratta next month.
Twenty eight of the 40 were not part of last year's side, with Portland stars Jake Myles, Jake Dignan and Luke Crane among the fresh faces.
North Warrnambool Eagles have five players in the squad, the equal highest of any club, but all weren't part of last year's win.
Terang Mortlake and reigning premier Warrnambool also have five representatives. But Warrnambool's star trio of full-forward Jason Rowan, key defender Tim O'Keeffe and Sam Cowling, the likely match-up for O&M coach Brendan Fevola, are all unavailable for the clash on May 24.
The squad is:
Camperdown: Luke Mahony, Nick Bateman, Dan Casey
Cobden: Brody Mahoney, Paul Hinkley, Sam Harkin
Hamilton Kangaroos: Hamish Waldron, Kane Uebergang, Tim Meulendyks, Tohmas
Koroit: Jeremy Hausler, Isaac Templeton, Sam Dobson, Levi Nagorcka, Dallas Mooney.
North Warrnambool Eagles: Matthew Wines, Brendand Murfett, Jordan Dillon, Adam Wines, Dean Gavin.

Portland: Jake Myles, Jake Dignan, Luke Crane, Ben Malcolm.
South Warrnambool: Zac Struth, Sam Kelly.
Terang Mortlake: Damian O’Connor, Chris Baxter, Steve Staunton, Will Pomorin, Chris Bant
