Victoria's Easter road toll stands at zero. In the first four days of its Easter campaign, Victoria Police detected 6790 traffic offences and 716 criminal offences.
Officers have caught 184 drunk drivers and 45 drug drivers.
Police fined 2439 motorists for speeding and 460 for being unlicensed, disqualified or suspended drivers.
They also detected 716 unregistered vehicles, 389 motorists using a mobile phone, 360 disobeying traffic signals and 221 not wearing a seat belt.
Thirty-three vehicles have been impounded.
The campaign ends April 27.
Last year, five people died on the state's roads over Easter.
