About 6000 of the chocolate eggs will be dropped by Easter Bunny from a height of about four metres from a scissor lift on Davidson Oval, off Caramut Road, as part of an array of children’s activities organised for the day.
Old Collegians vice-president Jason Moloney said two egg drops, one for children aged under eight and another for children aged over eight, would be held during half-time of the senior football game.
Children will be given a bag to fill with as many eggs as they can gather.
Other free activities that will be provided from 1pm at tomorrow’s game to keep children entertained are face painting and a jumping castle.
