Warrnambool and District league officials asked for an investigation into comments Jackson posted on his Facebook page on Saturday night about rival club Russells Creek.
The league provided the investigations officer with Jackson’s comment, as well as posts on Russells Creek’s Facebook page.
The officer has 21 days to hand down his findings. Deakin University plays Allansford on Saturday.
