Portland police executed a drugs and firearms search warrant at an address on Amors Road, Gorae West, shortly before 4.30pm and found 18 immature cannabis plants, a rifle, an imitation firearm, a substantial amount of ammunition and loose cannabis.
The man was arrested, charged and bailed to appear in the Portland Magistrates Court on a date to be fixed.
