Senior Constable Stephanie Rogers of Camperdown police said the the accident happened about 12.50pm when a vehicle travelling east on Hopetoun Street failed to give way to another vehicle travelling north on Walls Street.
Senior Constable Rogers said a woman from the Camperdown area was admitted to Camperdown hospital after being injured in the accident but she was released the next day.
The woman was issued with a traffic infringement for failing to give way.
Senior Constable Rogers said two Warrnambool men were in the other vehicle but did not require hospital treatment for their injuries.
