The Warrnambool and District Cricket Association informed clubs this morning after the match committee made the decision at a meeting last night.
It ruled that no points would be awarded for the match, meaning the season of Allansford, which slipped from second to third in the Hopkins conference, is over.
Creek alerted umpires and Allansford about its team sheet error mid-way through the opening day of the two-day game Saturday week. Creek had failed to put teenager Jack Ansell's name on the team sheet and only discovered the omission after he had batted.
With no points awarded for the match, Woodford's second-place finish stands, meaning it will play West Warrnambool in a semi-final on Saturday.
