More than 150 vintage, classic and antique cars will converge in the park from 10am until 4pm.
Featuring several makes and models, motorbikes and stationary engines, the vehicles date from the early 1900s to 1985. Warrnambool car enthusiast Murray Murfett hopes the weather will shine on the event.
“It’s a chance for local members to display their vehicle and in recent years we’ve been running it as a fund-raising opportunity,” he said.
More than 2000 people are expected to attend, with money raised to support Peter’s Project.
