The 555-hectare property known as the Hines Dairy was sold by tender to an undisclosed buyer for an undisclosed price.
The farm, named after its former owner Sam Hines, had been owned in more recent years by a syndicate of about 20 investors.
It was forced into receivership in April by the Commonwealth Bank, becoming one of several large scale dairies in the region to fail.
The Riddells Road property boasts a modern 60-unit rotary dairy with automatic flood wash, two three-bedroom houses and 901-megalitre irrigation licence.
It is on three titles and has been extensively improved with subdivision into 62 main paddocks, internal laneway system and improved pastures.
The sale was handled by Ray White Real Estate. Agent Tim Gladman said a confidentiality agreement prevented disclosure of any details.
