FORMER Brierly-Christ Church captain Nathan Murphy will captain the Warrnambool and District Cricket Association (WDCA) Twenty20 representative squad.

WDCA officials yesterday announced Murphy would lead the 15-man squad in division one at the Western Waves Festival of Cricket at Hamilton.
The gun batsman is one of two Bulls cricketers in the squad. His younger brother Mark has also won selection.
Woodford, the reigning Sungold Cup champion, has the most representatives with three — Nick Butters, Hank Schlaghecke and Jake McKinnon.
Jay Wynd and Damon Delaney are the Nirranda representatives.
Wynd has earned a spot in his first season in the WDCA.
West Warrnambool will be represented by English import Karl Turner and teenage paceman Tom Smith, while Allansford spinner Matt Brophy and captain Kyall Timms were included.
Four clubs have one representative, with Ben Boyd (Russells Creek), Daminda Ranaweera (Dennington), Aaron Williams (Port Fairy) and Josh Stapleton (Merrivale) named.
WDCA officials have opted for youth in picking a 16-man squad to contest division two.
Nestles opener Geoff Williams will captain the seconds, which includes Matt Price, Glenn Hannah (Nestles), Bill Quinlivan (Russells Creek), Gault McCluggage (Allansford), Sean Fary, Otto Opperman, Zashan Arshad (Merrivale), Josh Campbell, Ben Threlfall (West Warrnambool), Brad Parsons, Joe Medew-Ewen (Port Fairy), Tom Bowman, Ryan McArdle (Wesley-CBC), Luke Wines and Hamish Withers (Woodford).
The WDCA squads will have a training session on Sunday at Jones Oval, from 10.30am.
