TWO caravans and goods valued at a total of $17,000 have been stolen from Lake Bolac.
Lake Bolac police Senior Constable Brendan Vann said the caravans were stolen on either Wednesday, October 2, or the following day from the Lake Bolac camping foreshore on Frontage Road.
He said a white Empire caravan with registration plate number V38408 and a white Franklin caravan with registration plate V42906 were removed.
Senior Constable Vann said one of the vans was valued at $8000, the other at $5000, and one van contained property valued at $4000.
He said the vans were permanently parked on site at the lake for a weekly fee and used by their Ballarat district owners.
Senior Constable Vann asked anyone with information to contact the Lake Bolac police station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

He said the large compressor was standard for all Shell service stations and used to inflate vehicle tyres.
Anyone with information about the air compressor is requested to contact Heywood police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
