HUNTING, fishing, cooking and gardening will be among the interests featured in the inaugural Hamilton Outdoor Adventure Fair this weekend.
An outdoor life pavilion, a field, game and hunting pavilion and an epicure pavilion will feature displays and activities at the fair at the Hamilton showgrounds.
Among the attractions, the Australian Travelling Fishing Show will demonstrate different fishing techniques using an 18-metre long by three-metre wide fishing tank.
Other activities on offer in the field, game and hunting pavilion include practice shooting on the Australian Deer Association’s simulator and archery. A clubs arena will have interactive sporting sessions including football and table tennis.
There will also be displays on site by the Hamilton Four-Wheel-Drive Club, blacksmithing demonstrations, Vintage and Veteran Drivers Club, Southern Grampians Equestrian Club and the Hamilton Model Aeroplane Club.
The epicure pavilion will present demonstrations on game cooking as well as matching food with beverages.

A family day on Saturday only will feature an adventure zone with activities such as a laser force zap zone, rock-climbing wall, giant slide, go-karts and giant zorbs.
Families can also see performances by the performing Super Dogs and bands.
