A CAMPERDOWN service station employee suffered leg injuries this morning when she was hit by a car while checking the depth of fuel in the station's tanks.
Senior Constable Shannon Kavenagh of Camperdown police said the accident happened at the Caltex service station in Manifold Street.
She said the 42-year-old Camperdown woman was taken to Camperdown hospital for treatment.
Senior Constable Kavenagh said Worksafe had been alerted to the incident.
Police investigations were continuing, she said.
