THE VCFL'S blueprint for the future of south-west footy proposes that Hamilton Imperials and Hamilton FNCs should merge and join the Hampden league.
The review, released to leagues and clubs today but not to the media, also recommends Portland FNC has a case to join the Hampden league in the future if it desires.
The VCFL document also recommends Western Border league club Casterton merges with South West District league club Sandford, with the new entity to play in the Western Border league.
