WARRNAMBOOL'S Marc Leishman is bound for the British Open.
The 28-year-old secured a place in the Open at Royal Lytham and St Annes in England after finishing on top of a mini money list across six tournaments on the US PGA Tour.
While not in contention today in the Greenbrier Classic, his tie for 73rd position was enough to see him finish on top of the mini money list and gain a start in his second Open championship.
His qualification for the Open comes two weeks after he won his first event on the US PGA Tour two weeks ago.
