Isaiah, 17, returned from the Australian Clay Target Association (ACTA) titles at Whiteman Park, Perth, with two more sashes to add to his collection.
The Warrnambool College student claimed the ACTA junior double rise title and helped his Victorian team to the single rise title.
He shot 48 out of 50 in the double rise and nailed nine out of 10 in a pressure-packed shoot-off.
His team’s single rise score was similarly impressive — 25 out of 25 and a score of 74 out of 75, with only one target requiring a second shell.
The two national titles added to the junior single barrel title he won in 2012 and the sub-junior points score he claimed in 2010.
Isaiah said adding his name to the ACTA honour roll “hadn’t really crossed my mind” when he left Warrnambool for Perth.
“There were no real expectations, there was only an expectation to do my best,” he said.
Isaiah described the shoot-off, in which he defeated Corowa’s James Willett, as nerve-racking.
“It’s a very nervous feeling. You have butterflies when everything is happening,” he said.
“You’ve got the competition beside you and you really want to win. It’s a really nervous feeling.
“I just took it slowly, thought it through, made sure I didn’t make any mistakes or stuff-ups.”
Isaiah first picked up a gun at age 12 on the advice of family friends.
He quickly discovered he had a talent for shooting and started competing four years ago.
“I just love the sport — just shooting, the people, the travel, everything that goes with it,” he said.
