FAMILY issues have led to a Warrnambool man being charged with 13 offences overnight Monday when he chased his ex-partner’s son at high speed in Port Fairy.
The incident started to unfold about 10.30pm Monday night and required the attention of Warrnambool and Port Fairy police officers.
A police spokesman said the 33-year-old Warrnambool man had been arrested, interviewed, charged and bailed to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on May 14.
The charges include multiple counts of the serious offences of dangerous driving and recklessly placing another person in danger of death.
