The Magpies last night named Dwyer in the side to take on the Western Bulldogs and controversy-embroiled Essendon in two mini-matches at Docklands. He will line up alongside the Pies’ big-name recruits Clinton Young, Quinten Lynch, Jordan Russell and Ben Hudson.
Thirteen members of Collingwood’s 2010 premiership side have also been named.
The mature-age recruit played five seasons with Port Melbourne in the VFL before being taken by Collingwood in December’s Rookie Draft.
