SMALL business owners and consumers will have another chance to raise their concerns with representatives from Telstra about crippling fire.
Representatives from the telco will hold up to four sessions a day next week across the district, from Lismore to Apsley and Port Campbell to Portland. The sessions will be on-on-one rather than a large forum style.
Telstra Country Wide area manager Bill Mundy said the sessions would give small business owners and home consumers a chance to discuss anything still concerning them.
“It might be a service difficulty that they are still experiencing, a billing issues or the compensation process, especially for small businesses, or it could be about what we have done, and what we plan to do in the future,” he said.
“It will be a chance for people to sit down one-on-one with our representatives to have a chat about anything that is still concerning them.”
