The boys, aged 13 and 17, both from Mepunga, were caught by police after the Tuesday and Wednesday night rampage.
Detective Sergeant Lee Porter of Warrnambool police said the teens burnt three residential bins and broke into several unlocked cars near the Best Western Tudor Motor Inn at the corner of Raglan Parade and Banyan Street.
Two bikes were also stolen.
“One bike was stolen from behind Jean Jail in Koroit Street in the laneway area near the NAB car park. The bicycle has been recovered, however as yet no owner has been identified,” he said. Another bike stolen near the Tudor Motor Inn is yet to be found.
Both youths were charged with theft and criminal damage and bailed to appear in the Warrnambool children’s court in March.
